New York State Council of Catholic School Superintendents File Lawsuit Against Substantial Equivalency Guidelines

The New York State Council of Catholic School Superintendents, along with various concerned schools and parents, filed a lawsuit on March 18th, naming Commissioner Elia and the New York State Education Department, and seeking a judgment against the new Substantial Equivalency Guidelines.
